The use of car safety belts reached a new high
A record number of Americans umreiften belt this year, the Department of Transportation said today.
The number of 1993, 66 per cent, compared to over 62 per cent in 1992 and 59 per cent during the year 1991, the first year of the investigation was in its current form.
